Join us and write your way to healing

We are a global community of people recovering from addiction, abuse, and trauma who have come together to heal through the power of the written word.

You’ve already tried everything- books, CBT, attending meetings, programs, and just going it alone.

You’re still not where you want to be.

You’re stuck in trauma and it’s controlling your life.

In 6 months you could either be exactly where you are or completely unrecognisable to yourself.

Do you want to spend another day sitting still and being stifled or are you ready to move forward?

The Write to Heal community is here for you!

So, what makes me such an expert?

I’m CiCi Reagan, the founder of Write to Heal. I’m a recovering addict and domestic abuse survivor, and have been writing since I could hold a pen.

I still have an Anne of Green Gables journal from when I was 12 years old!

Writing has been paramount in my healing process and has saved my life many times. I’ve been sharing my poetry publicly since 2012 in an effort to help others who’ve been through similar experiences to know that they aren’t alone and am a published author.

I started Write to Heal for this same reason. I wanted to build an inclusive community for survivors of addiction, abuse, and trauma to come together and heal using the power of writing, just as I have.

I love sharing my experience, strength, and hope publicly in an effort to help others and end the stigma of addiction. I also write about the various forms of loss and abuse I’ve experienced, and hope to one day open a shelter for victims of domestic violence which will be more than just a place to stay, but instead a haven for rehabilitating the lives of those who suffer when love is used as a weapon.

I am in the process of writing my first novel and published a poetry collection about recovery from addiction in October 2020. You can always find me near large bodies of water. I love all animals and have a mini bulldog named Harley.

I married my lovely husband in April 2017, and in September 2017 I relocated to Newcastle in the UK.

What makes the Write to Heal Community different?

No matter who you are, you’re welcome here. Women, men, and non-binary friends from all walks of life and ethnicities belong here if they’re survivors and want to heal through writing.

I understand that not everyone wants to shout their trauma from the rooftops like I do! You have the option to be completely anonymous so you feel safe and only share what you’re comfortable with.

Judgement- free

Nothing kills a community like judgement- and I’ve seen so much of it over the years in random Facebook groups and in-person recovery meetings. There is no judgement allowed!

Don’t take my word for it!

Here’s what others are saying:

We’re closing soon- time to sign up!

The Write to Heal Community is a closed membership. That means that we are only open to new members at selected times of the year.

This allows members the ability to get to know each other in a safe space and truly implement what they learn and enables me to nurture them and guide them through their healing.

If you’re ready to truly get to know yourself, if you want to be a part of a safe, inclusive community of people who understand you, if you’re ready to harness the power of writing to heal but need a guide to show you how, now is the time to join us.

You deserve happiness and healing, and you deserve to achieve your desires.

You have nothing to lose!

No, I mean it, you really have nothing to lose.

We offer a 14 day money-back guarantee so if you sign up and aren’t satisfied, you can get a full refund. It’s that simple.
