I live with a chronic illness, and between that, and recovery from addiction, I’ve worked hard to cultivate a healthy lifestyle through diet, supplements, and spirituality. It’s true that I’m a bit of a hippie, and although I do shy away from any and all religion, I’ve found that things that get me closer to my body and the world truly benefit me. They also help with my mental health, including anxiety and depression.
I’m an American transplant living in the UK, which has created some difficulty in adjusting as well as some humorous anecdotes. I also have some lighthearted videos, discussions about feminism, and short stories housed here. There is truly something for everyone.
