Feedback from previous workshops

On day 1, we’ll write haiku! This will set the tone for the rest of the week together and help you start to see the magic in the mundane.

Day 2’s focus is happiness! There’s no toxic positivity here, just exploring what happiness really means to us while writing some dope shit.

Day 3 is all about anger. So many of us are afraid to feel angry- but its good! Like fire, anger is cleansing. What are you holding on to? What still makes you wince when you think about it? I’m going to help you let that shit go.

On Day 4 we’ll get weird. Channel your inner ee cummings, choose a prompt, and paint with words.

Day 5 is about using my favourite tool- repitition! Pick an emotion (I’ll give you a master list) and use repitition to reinforce what you’re trying to convey. You’ll be amazed at the power this gives you!

I’m CiCi Reagan Twining, poet and founder of Write to Heal.
